We do not lend directly, but we partner with local Upstate banks and credit unions that offer construction-to-permanent loans. We provide the builder documentation your lender requires.

Every home includes a 1-year workmanship warranty, a 2-year systems warranty on mechanicals, and a 10-year structural warranty.
